Thank you for your interest in the Dusty Jewel!

Here are the details you need to know... 

Here I am going to take your through the steps of properly caring for your arrangements, shipping, refunds, and policies.

CARE:

Bouquet, Crown, Boutonniere, or Cuff....All of these items require the same care. Once your package arrives, please unwrap items carefully. Then set up in a safe and out of the way area, that is well lit and good air flow. NO water or refrigeration needed!  That is all they need until your event!

ORDERING:

Please order at the least, 3 weeks in advance from your event.*  The more in advance, the better I can prepare for each unique order.

*Also note, that if you are 2 weeks or LESS away from your event, PLEASE email me for availability and ability to ship to you on time.

First, pick your items and click "add to cart"

Once you have finished shopping. Go to your cart and there will be a box to add all your order details called "notes to seller".  Please write any and every detail you would like me to know about colors and special details and your event date.

Any and every order I calendar to be shipped out on a later date closer to your event.  Whether your event is in a month or 6 months away; I will email you the date I plan to ship out your order, along with your order details and any questions I have.

ARRANGEMENTS:

Each arrangement is made uniquely and different.  I will do my best to make your order as close to what your vision is, but my succulent stock changes weekly. Also, succulent colors vary due to seasons and stocks.  So nothing can be exact, and colors will change and vary. But again I will do my very best to accommodate everyone and their preferences! Also, please email before ordering if you are wanting something totally different that what I offer on my site.

SHIPPING:

All packages are shipped via USPS priority mail.  Most packages are 2-day to 3-day shipping via USPS. But nothing is 100% guaranteed unless shipped 'Express'.*

Due to customs, I ONLY ship within the US, that also includes Hawaii.

*I do ship Fed-Ex 2-day or overnight guaranteed, if needing a rush order. 

I always ship the Monday PRIOR (predicting a Saturday or Sunday event) to your event date for arrival and optimal freshness.  Is your event on a week day? No problem.  Just include your event date in the 'notes to seller' upon check out and I will calendar your order to ship out accordingly. 

REFUNDS/POLICY:

I do not give any refunds.* But please let me know within 24hrs if you are unhappy with your order or any problems and I will do my best to assess and accommodate.

*Although I can fully refund your order if you are needing to cancel for any reason, as long as I have not shipped or created your order yet. So please email me and I can 100% refund if its in a time frame before your order has shipped.

Also, if there is damage or undelivered items, again please let me know within 24hrs.  I will do my best to assess the situation and make things right.

Minimums? There are no minimums.

You can buy as many or as little amount of items you would like!
